Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for assistance from this fund, applicants must meet all of the following criteria.

The patient has been diagnosed with Lung Cancer within the last 3 years unless they reside in: Maine, Minnesota, North Dakota - 6 Years; Missouri - 5 Years; Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming - 4 Years

The patient is at least 61 years old

The patient has a history of occupational exposure that may contribute to the condition

Completed Cinnamon Helps Patient Authorization form. (Please submit authorization form when you submit your request.)
